My customer has a problem with their order

Customer service is very important to us at thehub and we will take care of this to the highest standard for your customers too.

Customers are sent a confirmation email on purchase and another email on dispatch of their order. Both these emails have our details on so we can handle customer service issues on your behalf. This is part of the service.
