Are some images not showing up in your connected site’s lightbox? This may be due to you having duplicate images uploaded into your hub account.
If you have duplicate images for sale in your hub account, all of the settings for each image (pricing, sizing, borders, available for sale, e.t.c) need to be the same for our image recognition software to make a match to the images on your website. To bypass this issue entirely, we recommend not uploading duplicate images as this can cause pricing issues if one duplicate is priced differently to another.
