In the unfortunate event that you no longer have access to any of your two factor authentication methods, you need to contact us directly via the email address software@theprintspace.co.uk. Please provide proof of identity or as much information about your account as possible (files / projects) on your account so we can cross reference the information provided with that of your account. 

Once verified and only then, are we able to reset the password for your account and disable the two factor authentication so you can log in again.
